1. About Cyanix Intelligence
Cyanix Intelligence ("Cyanix", "we", "our", "us") is an AI-powered workspace offering conversational AI, web-grounded research, memory-backed sessions, voice interaction, and a code analysis pipeline. The service is currently in public beta, meaning features may change, break, or be discontinued without notice.
By accessing or using Cyanix Intelligence, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Eligibility and Account

- Date of birth is collected solely to verify age eligibility and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
- OAuth sign-ups via Google or GitHub are subject to the same age requirement. We rely on those providers' age verification where applicable.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- One account per person. You may not transfer your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use Cyanix Intelligence for lawful personal, research, educational, and professional purposes. You may not use the service to:
- Generate or distribute illegal content, including content that exploits or harms minors
- Produce hate speech, targeted harassment, or content inciting violence

4. AI Accuracy and Limitations
Important: AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading. Do not rely solely on Cyanix Intelligence for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-stakes decisions. Always verify important information with qualified professionals or authoritative sources.
- Web search results are retrieved in real time but may not reflect the most current information.
- Code suggestions and auto-fix outputs should be reviewed before execution in production environments.
- Memory recall is based on information you previously provided and may not be complete or perfectly accurate.
5. Your Content and Ownership
You retain full ownership of the prompts, files, code, and other content you submit to Cyanix Intelligence ("Your Content").
By submitting Your Content, you grant Cyanix Intelligence a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and transmit it solely to provide the service. We do not use Your Content to train third-party foundation models without your explicit consent.
AI-generated outputs ("Outputs") are provided as-is. You may use Outputs for personal and commercial purposes subject to any applicable third-party model provider terms and these Terms.
6. Memory Feature
Cyanix Intelligence offers an optional cross-chat memory feature. When enabled:
- Preferences, context, and information you choose to save are stored in your Cyanix memory store.
- Memory is used only to personalise your own sessions — it is not shared with other users.
- You can view, edit, and permanently delete your memory at any time from Settings.
- You can disable memory entirely; doing so stops new items being saved and clears existing memory.
- Deleted memory is removed from active storage promptly and purged from backups within 30 days.
7. Voice Features
Voice input and text-to-speech (TTS) features process audio locally in your browser where possible. When server-side transcription is used (via Groq Whisper):
- Audio is transmitted over encrypted connections and transcribed to text.
- Raw audio is not stored by Cyanix Intelligence after transcription.
- Transcribed text may be stored as part of your chat history per your privacy settings.
8. Code Execution and Analysis
The code pipeline and analysis features (including the Complix reasoning system) operate as AI-assisted analysis tools:
- Code submitted for analysis is processed by the AI pipeline and associated infrastructure.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing generated code before deploying it to any environment.
- Do not submit code or data containing secrets, passwords, API keys, or sensitive personal information.
9. Third-Party Services (Subprocessors)
Cyanix Intelligence relies on the following third-party providers to deliver the service:
| Provider | Purpose | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, authentication, real-time | Account data, chat history, memory |
| Groq | AI inference (LLM, Whisper STT) | Prompts, voice transcription |
| OpenRouter | AI inference (fallback/alternative models) | Prompts and responses |
| GitHub Pages | Static site hosting | No personal data |
All subprocessors are contractually obligated to handle data securely and in compliance with applicable laws. We do not sell or rent your data to any third party.
10. Beta Status and Changes
Cyanix Intelligence is provided as a public beta. This means:
- Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.
- The service may experience downtime or data loss during beta.
- Free beta access does not guarantee free access after beta concludes. Paid plans may be introduced in the future with reasonable advance notice.
- We will not offer "always free" guarantees during the beta period.

The Cyanix Intelligence name, logo, visual design, and underlying software are owned by NixAi/CyanixAi and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Cyanix Intelligence's interface or branding without written permission.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NIXAI/CYANIXAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
